The film we cast last year, PEDRO, will be showing on April 1st on MTV, mtvU and LOGO. This movie is about the life of Pedro Zamora - the HIV positive youth who became the face of the AIDS epidemic when he was on the MTV show REAL WORLD. The script was written by now famous Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black, and the movie stars newcomer Alex Loynaz and the wonderful Justina Machado.
Have your tissues at the ready... this is a powerful, but sad story of a brave young man who helped to change attitudes and bring awareness about AIDS to an entire generation.
